I didn't always know my path forward. Losing my sight as a teenager forced me to adapt, but in that journey, I found a new purpose: designing for a more inclusive world. This mission is driven by my philosophy of Growth for ALL, built on the interconnected principles of accessibility, learning, and leadership. As a consultant, I apply my expertise in these areas to help organizations and teams build stronger, more effective products that empower everyone to thrive.

As the Chief Editor and publisher of this zine, I've led teams to highlight the game industry's biggest challenges and show how people solve them in diverse ways.
